Can I buy your property off-plan?
Yes you can, we do offer our properties for sale off-plan.
Who should we contact if we are interested in buying one of your properties?
You may either contact us directly or contact our appointed agent to purchase our properties. We appoint different agent for different properties to make sure all agents are local to where the properties are, so that customers will get a better local knowledge and services.
What warranty to you provide for your properties?
We provide 10 years’ LABC warranty for all our new residential developments. This warranty is accepted by all major UK banks and lenders which will help you to get your mortgage.
Do you operate a help-to-buy scheme?
We work with our agents to arrange the help-to-buy scheme for you should you require that.
Do you sell your properties freehold?
For most of the houses we build, we will sell freehold, however for apartments we sell very long leasehold, we will make sure our leasehold will be longer than our competitors.
Is there a service charge and/or ground rent for apartments we buy from you?
There is normally a service charge for apartments we develop, this service charge is normally taken by our appointed local managing agent to cover costs of maintenance for the apartments. In terms of ground rent, we do not tend to charge that.
